    A: The average delivery time is 2 to 6 weeks after the product is shipped.

  2. Where does the product come from?

    A: We represent manufacturers from Europe, China, the United States, and the Netherlands, depending on the chosen product.

  3. Can I pay in installments using a bank slip?

    A: Installment payments are only accepted via credit card. Bank slips are only for full upfront payments.

    Note: The bank slip payment can be made at any bank branch or lottery agency.

  4. Can I pick up my order in person?

    A: No, all deliveries are made via postal service.

  5. Are the products original?

    A: Yes, we work exclusively with original products from various global brands.

  6. I bought more than one product in the same order but only received some of them. Is this normal? Will the other products be delivered?

    A: This can happen, but don’t worry. This situation occurs when the products come from different suppliers. If this happens, two different tracking numbers will be sent to you so you can follow your orders. Since there are two separate packages, they will undergo separate customs inspections, which may lead to different delivery times.

  7. What if my delivery is delayed?

    A: Don’t worry, delays can happen but are rare. We monitor your shipment daily, and if your product does not arrive for any unexpected reason within 70 business days from shipment, according to our shipping and delivery terms, the payment is fully refunded.
